President and CEO
An experienced manager with more than 18 years of CMS, government, and commercial project management and information technology experience. She specializes in the development of new business, team growth, and the coordination of corporate and team resources. Her goal is to create a dynamic place to work that is challenging, rewarding, creative, and respectful of ideas, innovations, and individuals. She provides program management and business development support of multi-million dollar Government contracts involving professional, technical, and administrative support services for Federal Government and HHS agencies.
Prior to founding SoftDev, Robin’s professional experience included working with GlaxoSmithKline, Duke Clinical Research Institute, Quintiles, and Cooper Tire and Rubber Company. With this experience, she gained an expert understanding of the system development life cycle and various system development methodologies.
Robin earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Georgia Southwestern State University.

Chief Delivery Officer
Michael has been working in government and commercial delivery of IT or systems in various direct roles as project officers and government task leads, as well as contractor and IT systems roles since the mid 1990’s. In addition to writing policy, developing systems, and implementing business process for CMS, he has also developed the socialization of information, communication process and implemented training for CMS and its employees and contractors.
Besides a focused interest in End-Stage Renal Disease and public health, Michael has worked across various State Medicaid Programs, modernizing and integrating Electronic Health Records, MMIS Systems, and the Business Intelligence Support Systems. He has managed national public and private legacy systems integration and their releases into public health program initiatives, managed the overall program planning, communicated with the teams to maintain schedules and implement rollout to users, and worked closely with CMS, CDC, NIH, oversight, program integrity, and development contractors on data systems that collect, store, analyze and disseminate the inclusion of government policy in the online systems for users and consumers, and ensured that all necessary legislative information was reported to Congress and the White House.

Tim’s leadership experience extends beyond the corporate world. His service in the United States Navy and the North Carolina Army National Guard instilled in him the discipline, problem-solving skills, and adaptability that continue to shape his approach to business. Throughout his career, he has successfully led high-performing teams, spearheaded initiatives to improve efficiency and business development, and driven innovation to meet evolving industry demands.
