SoftDev is committed to improving patient lives in public and private healthcare. Our core expertise and passion are end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients and their needs.
Our team has been instrumental in the CMS, CDC, SSA, and NIH government agencies work on ESRD through our support in data systems and the patient registry, as well as the support of the policy, procedures, and quality of care.
Our work in national legacy and present data systems range from the beginning of a patient’s journey into illness, through their initial stages of diagnosis and treatment, and into the program and oversight. This ensures patients are enrolled, properly and correctly treated, appropriately billed and paid for, and clinically tracked for data trending. It also guarantees that our clients have the correct data for research, disease management, and program integrity.
SoftDev supports our public and private clients throughout the entire quality measure development and implementation cycle.
We have contributed to the clinical study and review of data, outcomes analysis, and policy and legislative cycles to implement quality measures.
Our work spans:
For over 15 years, SoftDev has supported ESRD and Medicare data quality, accuracy, and completeness across care settings.
The CMS MAPD Help Desk provides assistance with Medicare Advantage Plan (MAPD) issues, including enrollment, entitlement, payment, and premium matters, as well as ESRD status updates.
Our research and processes ensure that patients are not impacted by enrollment issues. It also provides ESRD Entitlement expertise to Medicare Advantage Programs by supporting their payment inquiries and resolving ESRD status discrepancies.
SoftDev is proud to have been a part of this program since its inception.
We provide data governance, data collection and storage, and data analysis, as well as statistical support and academic research of study data support.
This project ensures that all adults, especially high-risk adults with co-morbidities, receive up-to-date vaccinations for influenza, tetanus, RSV, Hep B, shingles, and all applicable vaccines. CMSS serves as the prime organization for this project and partners with SoftDev to work with 50 specialty societies, seven collaborating subspecialty members, and over 40 partnering healthcare systems. Together, we incorporate the Standards for Immunization Practice into clinical care and drive adult immunization through education, dissemination, and practical and procedural quality improvement initiatives.
